- Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging (e.g., plastic boxes for inserts must be sealed).
- Note: For carbide inserts, opened boxes cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Restocking Fee Non-defective returns (e.g., ordered the wrong part) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and inspection costs.
- Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Items: We will cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement free of charge.
- Customer Error: If you ordered the wrong size or model, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- How to Initiate a Return Please contact us at [email protected] with your Order ID and photos of the product. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.
